Changing or canceling an airline ticket:

Most fares in economy/coach class are non-refundable. Other fares have an airline-imposed penalty fee of $250 or more per passenger for changes and cancellations, plus any applicable increase in the fare for a change to your ticket. They can be applied (for a short time) toward future travel, minus applicable fees and penalties. Occasionally tickets can not be changed. To change or cancel a flight, call 888-222-2110 Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. ET. ALL CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS MUST BE
STARTED PRIOR TO THE ORIGINAL DEPARTURE DATE.
The process for a refund is as follows:
1. Call us at 888-222-2110 to advise of the requested refund;
2. Paper tickets MUST be sent back to Economytravel.com by a track able courier service (e.g. USPS registered mail, FedEx, UPS, etc.);
3. A letter including the request for a refund and accepting the penalties, which apply.

Changing or canceling a ski package:
For any changes made after payments, Economytravel.com will charge $350 per person, per transaction. We will try to accommodate and substitutions or changes you may wish to make to your original reservation. All cancellations must be in writing. If cancelled more than 45 days prior to departure, you will forfeit $350 per person; 44-30 days prior to departure you will forfeit 50% of the total package price; within 29 days of departure, you will forfeit 100% of the total package price.
