Hotel Terms

When Making A Booking

  • It is your responsability when making a booking to ensure the correct service: hotel and room type and dates.
  • You accept financial responsabilities for all transactions made underyour name.
  • You accept to give us accurate information on all travelers within your booking.
  • Accommodations and services provided are only for the use of passengers shown on the client invoice. It is prohibited for the traveler to sub-let, share or transfer any part of the booking to a third party other than shown on the invoice.

Hotel Categories & Room Types

Star Ratings and Quality of Accommodation The application of star ratings may vary in quality from country to country and should not be relied upon alone to indicate the quality of the accommodation. The type and size of rooms provided by a hotel (such as single, double) may also vary from country to country. It is up to you to independently check that the type of the accommodation and services provided by each hotel meets your needs. An example of each room type is outlined below (these are guidelines only).

  • Twin Room Accommodation for adults in a room with two beds. Bed sizes for this room type are usually “twin” in European hotels and “queen” in North America.
  • Double Room Accommodation for two adults in a room with one bed (alternatively two beds are made up as one).
  • Single Room Accommodation for one adult in a room with one bed.
  • Double/Twin Room for Sole Use Accommodation for one adult in a room with one or two beds. This room type is suitable for accommodating one person only.
  • Triple Room Accommodation for three adults in a room with two or three beds. Bed sizes and arrangements may vary. A triple room does not guarantee three seperate beds. It may include a rollaway bed.
  • Quad Room Accommodation for four adults in a room with two, three, or four beds. This may include rollaway beds. Arrangement of beds may vary considerably.
  • Double/Twin + 1 Child Twin or Double room (based on two full paying customers) with an extra bed or rollaway suitable for a child-ages and rates may vary.
  • Double/Twin + 2 Children Twin or Double room (based on three full paying customers) with extra beds or rollaway beds suitable for children-ages and rates may vary.
  • Cot/Cradle or Crib This service is on request and suitable for a child under the age of 2 years old; a charge may be made by the hotel.

Child Policy

  • Individual hotel and supplier child policies and prices may vary.
  • Wher applicable child discounts apply to ONLY the first child sharing the room. An additional child sharing a room is charged at the adult rate.
  • Please note: UK ONLY- Infants and children are not permitted under any circumstances to share a bed with an adult.

Request Booking & Confirmations

  • If you have not received notification within 24 hours please check that we have received your booking information. Without notification you should not consider the booking to be confirmed.
  • Your first choice may not be available so we suggest that, if appropriate, you advise us of up to 3 further alternatives in descending order of preference.
  • It is the responsibility of the client to check all details of our booking confirmations, amendments & cancellations.

Cancellations

  • It is the client's responsibility to ensure all "Test" bookings are cancelled on line.
  • Cancellations are ONLY valid if received online or in writing and NOT directly with the hotel/siupplier.
  • Written notification of cancellation will be sent.
  • If you do not receive this notification within 24 hours please check that we have received the cancellation. Without our confirmation you cannot consider the booking cancelled. Charges may apply.

Cancellation policies for services booked

Hotels: Cancellations are subject to the to the "Cancellation Policy" for each hotel.

Transfers: Received within 48 hours of arrival (working hours) incur a 100% charge. (If travelers arrive earlier or later than booked and make alternative arrangements, 100% charge will still be incurred.

Sightseeing: Received with in 48 hours (working hours) incur a 100% charge.

Attractions: Non-refundable.

Theaters: Non-refundable.

Changes in Booking

  • Changes to original booking are only valid if received in writing . Some charges may apply.
  • Written notification of changes will be sent.
  • If you do not receive notification within 24 hours (working hours) please cheack that we have received your changes, without a confirmation should not consider the booking changed. Charges may apply.

Groups

  • For any group of 9 or more travelers booked online, specific terms and conditions may apply for changes and cancellation policies. Please check with Reservation department.
  • All bookings for less that 9 travelers will be dealt with as standard FIT bookings only.
  • All groups are subject to independent terms & conditions. These will be advised at the time of booking.

Force Majeure

We regret we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the preformance or prompt prompt preformance of our contractual obligations is prevented of affected by "force majeure".

"Force Majure" means any event, which we nor the supplier of the service(s), even with all due care, could not foresee or avoid. Such events may include war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, hurricanes, natural or man made disasters, fire, technical problems to transport and all similiar events outside our control.
