Terms and Conditions for Economytravel.com ski packages


Insurance policy:
Exclusive Cancellation Protection & Travel Insurance with TRAVELEX. Economytravel.com strongly recommends purchasing the comprehensive insurance policy for a worry free holiday.

To $1000 - $37 per person
$1001 - $1500 - $49 per person
$1501 - $2000 - $66 per person

How to purchase Insurance:
Your travel agent is requested to remit the insurance premium at the time of payment to Economytravel.com. The insurance can only be purchased together with the tour payment. There are exclusions, limitations, and pre-existing conditions which apply. The insurance program is underwritten by TRAVELEX.

What is included in the package:
Package price includes round-trip airfare to the chosen gateway, round-trip transfers, accommodation as chosen in a room with bath or shower, with meals as indicated. Unless men-tioned otherwise all shown rates include accommodation taxes & service charges.

Not Included:
Airport taxes such as U.S.A. departure taxes, local airport and departure taxes. PFC, CDW, PAl, TP Taxes and Airport fees on car rentals. Charges for optional sightseeing & optional transfers, ski lessons, ski rentals, excess baggage, personal & accident insurances, and tipping.

Published Rates:
Prices are based on fixed costs at the time of printing. They depend on full costs, rates of exchange & other factors. Should these amounts increase, Economytravel.com reserves the right to increase the tour price. However, once you have paid in full for your travel arrangements, we will make no further charges.

Transfers:
Transfers are scheduled by motor coach (or train in some cases) between airport and resorts and vice versa upon arrival and departure; these transfers are usually group and not individual transfers, therefore waiting periods may occur.

Accommodations:
Are based on two per-sons sharing a twin or double-bed-ded room with private facilities. A limited number of single, triple and quad rooms are available at different costs.

Meals:
Hotels include break-fast daily. Many hotels include dinner at a supplemental cost. Pensions offer breakfast only & gen-erally do not have a restaurant.

Reservations & Payments:
Full payment is required 10 days from the date of the booking. For those bookings made within 21 days of the clients departure, full payment will be required with 3 days. Additionally, a processing fee and/or courier charge for forwarding documentation may apply. We will notify you at time of booking if charges will be levied.

Use Of Credit Cards:
Authorization to use your credit card number for payments indicates your com-pliance with our booking terms & conditions, whether or not you have actually signed the appropriate draft. Verbal authorization of your credit card confirms your reserva-tion. The travel counselor must get a written authorization.

Changes to Land Arrangements:
For any changes made after the booking, Economytravel.com will charge $50 per person, per transaction, due to the work involved making the required changes & notifying all parties affected by them.

Changes to Air Tickets:
For any changes made after payments, Economytravel.com will charge $300 per person, per transaction. We will try to accommodate any substitutions or changes you may wish to make to your original reservation.

Cancellations:
All cancellations must be in writing. If cancelled more than 30-14 days prior to departure, forfeit 40% of total due per person; 13-08 days prior to departure forfeit 50% of the total package price; within 7-4 days prior to departure, forfeit 80% of the total package price; within 3-0 days of departure, forfeit 100% of the total package price.
